For health information and advice, or if you need medical help fast when we are closed, call NHS 111. NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast but it’s not a life threatening emergency.
In life threatening emergencies such as chest pain and severe shortness of breath you should call 999
Extended Opening Times
Extended Access appointments are available for all patients registered with a practice within the Cannock Villages PCN. The Extended Access appointments are booked via patients own practice in the normal way.
All Extended Access appointments are held at the PCN Hub which is High Street Surgery, High Street, Cheslyn Hay, WS6 7AB.
Appointments are available between 6:30pm – 8:30pm Monday – Friday and from 9am at weekends. Onsite parking available and wheelchair and pushchair access.
